About me
Every individual has their own unique journey towards self-acceptance. In our work together, I will help you gain deeper insight into the challenges you are facing and consider ways to bring about meaningful change. We will mutually agree on a pace that feels right for you to start looking more deeply into what is causing you to suffer. Together, we'll explore ways to challenge negative or harmful patterns and identify healthier alternatives. My approach is primarily person-centered, though I draw from other therapeutic styles including psychodynamic, Transactional Analyisis and mindfulness based CBT to enable the best support for you.
In our work I offer tools of compassionate enquiry for you to explore your feelings, face past traumas and develop more self-acceptance.

Further information
I spent over decade living as a Buddhist monastic between 2007 - 2020. In my therapeutic work I draw from the learning evolved through years of reflective practice to benefit clients who are ready to find a path out of their pain and grow towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
My approach is collaborative and we will work together to find a path towards increased awareness. We will use this awareness to help you find ways to meet the challenges of your life with more skill, self-respect and trust.
I identify as queer and gender-fluid and care deeply about offering an inclusive and respectful service to clients who identify as LGBTQIA+ who may have experienced trauma or rejection. I have extensive experience in working with clients from this community.
