Online and in-person sessions available. I am a Clinical & Coaching Psychologist with 15 years experience providing help to people experiencing a wide range of general mental health difficulties. I am a CBT therapist, and also use several other evidence-based forms of psychotherapy. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and am a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I am also a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
I provide a professional and confidential service, with a practical and down-to-earth approach to helping people with their psychological difficulties.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Clinical & Coaching Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). The HCPC is a body responsible for registering many health professions in the UK including psychologists. I am a chartered member of British Psychological Society (BPS) and a member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology. I am also a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology.
I have over 15 years experience and have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. My original therapeutic training was in an approach called Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also have experience with other therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Metacognitive Therapy. I also provide coaching, training, research and service evaluation services to individuals and organisations.
