Further information
I am trained in the pluralistic modality of counselling and psychotherapy. As a pluralistic counsellor, my approach is centred on flexibility, collaboration, and respect for your individuality. I recognise that each person is unique, and therefore, a one-size-fits-all method is not effective. Instead, I draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor our work together to your specific needs, preferences and goals.
