I have over 40 years experience in the helping professions, formerly a nurse SRN/RMN. I managed a day service in London that offerred group and indivudual therapy. I have been registered with The British Psychoanalytic Council for 17 years.
I would describe myself as friendly and down to earth, from a working class background.
It can be daunting choosing a therapist, you may need to meet more than one to see who you feel comfortable with. A short book called ‘How to Choose a Psychotherapist’ by Neville Symington may be helpful.
Offering Individual Therapy and Supervision.
