Janine Mitchell Dip.Couns. MBACP. NCS Accred. Reg.
We all face times in our life that knock us down for a while but I believe as people we aren’t powerless in the face of adversity, change or challenge.
I also believe that sometimes we need support along the way no matter what has happened. As a counsellor I have seen and experienced the benefits of counselling; how it can give us the capacity to manage circumstances in our lives so they don’t paralyse us.
As a counsellor I provide a safe space and place for you to do this without the fear of being judged and time to remember who you are and how to understand a little bit of what is going on in you. I will do this by exploring together techniques to help you understand your past, your present and look towards the future.
If you feel this is your next step and you would like to explore further what counselling means for you and have someone walk alongside you please do contact me via email or phone call.
I do have a Facebook page that will keep you updated with anything that is going on or any workshops that we are holding around various issues. It is @Formationcounsellingandcoaching. Please do feel free to like the page and keep updated.
