I am a qualified and experienced counsellor. I have trained as a Person Centred Therapist. My aim is to help my clients find positive growth and build a better life that they can enjoy again.
What is person-centred counselling?
My type of therapy is called Person-Centred Counselling which I feel can help clients connect with their feelings and experiences. I truly believe in this type of therapy because it can heal from within, giving a chance to rebuild our confidence, self-esteem, rebuild self-worth, lasting relationships, helping with grief and loss also bereavement. My type of therapy is non-judgemental and confidential and empathic, my life experiences help me connect with my clients with many issues they may have. Sometimes depending on clients needs, it may only take one session to open up and talk as my therapy is not time limited this gives my clients a clearer direction/
How I work?
I work alongside clients, confidentiality with every session is paramount a non-judgemental approach and working at clients pace will be offered. Working together we can discuss how many sessions are needed by doing this client can be aware of their progress. I can travel to clients if preferred or clients can visit me at my office.
