Janet Liberato Counselling & Psychotherapy, MBACP (Reg), Accredited Member NCS
I work with individuals who are experiencing various challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low self-esteem and suicidal thoughts. You can be assured of a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to discuss whatever is causing you concern, stress or distress.
I am an Accredited Infant Loss Counsellor and registered with the Infant Loss Foundation.
My approach is integrative which means that I use three methods of therapy: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am happy to answer any queries you may have about these approaches. I offer therapy for PTSD utilising the Rewind or Relive and Update techniques.
The hardest part of counselling is making the first call, I understand the courage involved in getting to this stage. All information is treated in the strictest confidence and in accordance with the requirements of my Governing Bodies. I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and Professional Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I abide by the professional ethical framework for good practice and offer you a professional experience of therapy.
