About me
My name is Jan, I live in Braintree, Essex.
In this present climate I am offering reduced Skype sessions to help my clients through this anxious and difficult time.
I work from home offering a safe setting where you can talk about your experiences/situations while exploring your feelings in ways you might not be able to with family and friends.
I offer an empathetic and non-judgmental counselling relationship in a confidential and comfortable environment, where It will be your time to talk and discuss difficulties and challenges in your life. As all my client's are individuals I use a range of different counselling modules to suit you.
I see my role as working with you, going at your own pace in your own way so that together we can hopefully begin to find your own resources and resilience. Using tools and strategies we can find the cause of the root problem, finding ways to solve your difficulties and move forward.
I offer the first consultation FREE as I see this as a way of getting to know each other, seeing if we can work well together while discussing your issues with no obligations.
I help with a range of issues from stress, Anxiety, to Trauma past and present, Relationship issues/attachments, Fears, Phobias, confidence, self-esteem, bereavement and loss, to Mental Health issues plus more.
I find it very rewarding helping clients realize they can move on by finding a way forward to a happier, better and more successful life.
I have worked with local organisations and charities, ITS (Independent Therapy Solutions) and First Stop.
