Welcome to Jane W Counselling
- Prestwich/Blackley (Manchester)
- Slaithwaite (Kirklees)
I have a small practice and offer daytime or evening one-to-one counselling in the Manchester and Kirklee area. An initial assessment session is without obligation to help provide you with the information you need to decide if counselling, and working with me is the right thing to help you work through whatever issues you may be experiencing.
I have experience in working with adults and adolescents struggling with issues of loss and bereavement, depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and everyday overwhelming issues.
I offer both short-term counselling (typically 6 – 12 sessions) focusing on specific areas, or long term allowing deeper exploration and understanding.
