Jane Watson, Psychotherapist, MBACP, MSc, UKCP (accredited member)
Forest Therapy Centre
75 Station Passage
Hello, thanks for visiting my profile. My name is Jane and I am a BACP Registered member and UKCP Registered and Accredited Psychotherapist. I have a private practice in East London. I offer Long or short term contracts. I usually see clients once a week, although on occasion it can be two or three times.
People come for therapy for a range of reasons. Sometimes the issue may be very clear. Sometimes it may not be so easy to pinpoint. Something might just not feel right. Something may feel unfulfilled or aspects of life feel difficult, painful and hard to express or share with close ones. It may be something that you have felt stuck with, a behaviour or pattern of relationship. My role is to support you in understanding and exploring such issues and processes. This in itself can be helpful, but it can also help us make decisions about what to do next. Equally, it can help with coming to terms with those issues that cannot be changed. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment with space and time to fully explore your issues, fears, difficulties, choices and opportunities.
It is a big decision, choosing a therapist. It is not unusual to feel anxious about this. I am more than happy to discuss over the phone any questions you may have about the therapy in order to enable you to decide if you would like to arrange an appointment.
