Further information

My journey through life has led me to discover ways to support my own health, well-being and personal growth, experiencing first hand a variety of different therapies and interventions. I previously spent over 15 years as a personal tutor and lecturer working in Further Education encouraging young people and adults to explore who they are, help them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Finding a counsellor to help you on your own path, can be a daunting experience, I offer an no-obligation call prior to your first session, where we can talk about what you to hope to gain from therapy and how I may be able to help.  There is also opportunity for you to ask questions, for you to decide if you would like to work with me.

I have experience of working with clients both long and short term with a range of issues, such as general anxiety, loss, grief, health, relationship issues, low self esteem, lack of confidence and those wishing to explore their spirituality,  beliefs and personal development.

If you feel that I can offer you the support that you need, please get in contact via phone, text or email. You may choose to visit my website where I have some answers to frequently asked questions.

I wish you well on your journey.
