Jane Taylor (Taylor Made Therapy)
I offer face to face therapy, walk and talk, nature therapy, remote video online and telephone sessions.
I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist using a range of
therapeutic modalities which gives you, the client, the space to talk
about yourself, externalising your thoughts, feelings and emotions,
working with your unique essence to bring into alignment your mind,
body, soul and spirit.
We work together to find new ways of making changes to your thought
processes and to explore how you can begin to heal yourself, giving
you the strength to begin your own journey through to wellness.
By exploring what is going on in your mind and body you can begin to
heal yourself; giving you the space and opportunity to externalise
thoughts, feelings and emotions assists in your well-being and
re-balancing of your energy system which brings about change in how
you may feel emotionally and physically. Counselling provides you
with the tools to be able to live a more fulfilling life and an
understanding of your reactions to certain situations that you may
find yourself experiencing now and in the future.
I work with any issues that you may wish to explore such as anxiety,
loss, chronic pain, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, lacking
in confidence, spirituality, family issues and for those who are
looking for some personal self-development.
I have experience of working with clients for a voluntary organisation
as well as in private practice. Following on from my counselling
training, I undertook further study to qualify as a psychotherapist. I
am also a qualified EDT therapist working with core beliefs and
