Dr Jane Simms Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) HCPC AFBPsS
Hello and welcome. Looking after our mental health is often a neglected area of health and well-being, yet, when we are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, the impact can have significant effects on day to day life and relationships. As an experienced Psychologist I can help you attain a better sense of mental well-being through evidence based therapies tailored specifically to your unique mental and emotional needs. Psychological therapy helps you identify and address your difficulties, how to improve, as well as recognising and harnessing your strengths and abilities. A safe space to explore your difficulties in a private, confidential and non-judgmental setting is the ideal forum for you to begin taking the first steps towards improving your mental health. I would be privileged to facilitate this process and guide you on ways forward to help you make the changes you need.
I have many years clinical practice experience in adult mental health, in addition to teaching, training and research. Please take a few moments to review my qualifications and professional accreditation membership.
My office is located at 56 University Street, Belfast, BT9.
Please note access not suitable for anyone with disability.
