About me

I work in a compassionate, non-judgemental way with people from all walks of life and backgrounds.  We will work together in a safe space to explore what ever you wish to discuss. I will motivate you to find solutions to the challenges that life brings you so you can make positive changes to help yourself in the future.

I can help you with Anxiety, depression and low self esteem. I will support you to explore and work through, thoughts, feelings, behaviours and situations which maybe making life difficult.

I have had a career in the Health and Wellness sector for most of my working life, which included many years as a manager. I single handily brought up two young children after a traumatic experience. This then started my journey on studying many forms of therapy to primarily strengthen my now adult children's mental health and wellbeing, as well as my own.

I have extensive experience working with groups and individuals of all ages and presently work in private practice. I have worked with young people at Ouesdale School in Newport Pagnell and now with YIS (Youth in schools).

Please give me a call or send an email and I will be happy to talk you.
