About me

I am a intergrated psychotherapist and will work in a compassionate, non-judgemental way.  We will work together in a safe space to explore what ever you wish to discuss. I will motivate you to find solutions to the challenges that life brings you so you can make positive changes to help yourself in the future.

I will support you to explore and work through, thoughts, feelings, behaviours and situations which maybe making life difficult. I will guide you to heal yourself and then move forward, using multi-models of therapy.

I can help you with anxiety, stress, panic attacks, and trauma.  Depression, grief, phobias, anger, family issues and eating disorders. I offer a range of therapeutic approaches & have been trained in nutritional rehabilitation to support emotional change.

I have had a career in the Health and Wellness sector for most of my working life, which included many years as a manager. I single handily brought up two young children after a traumatic experience. This then started my journey on studying many forms of therapy to primarily strengthen my now adult children's mental health and wellbeing, as well as my own.

I have extensive experience working with groups and individuals of all ages and presently work in private practice. I have worked with young people at Ouesdale School in Newport Pagnell and now with YIS (Youth in schools).

Please give me a call or send an email and I will be happy to talk you.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Body Limits in Newport Pagnell has wheelchair access. I am also willing to come to your home if you are disabled.
