Jane Hartry MBACP Nore Road Counselling
With over 18 years experience my aim as a counsellor is to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can explore your anxiety and concerns and move forward with clarity.
Change isn’t complicated :however, I acknowledge the first step, which might be contacting a counsellor for the first time, takes courage. During the initial assessment we can explore how counselling can help you.
We all have a unique life story which is why I adopt an integrated approach to therapy. By this I mean I draw on my experience so that I can tailor my approach to best suit your need, with respect and empathy .
Our therapeutic relationship will give you the confidence to express freely your concerns, feelings and behaviours so gaining a better understanding. I will help you to explore, identify and understand the possible causes of your difficulties and together we can develop ways of thinking and behaving so you can live your life more fully.

MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority.
