As a Person Centred Counsellor, I am warm and compassionate, I will listen to you and help you explore the issues you bring to counselling. As a member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapy I work to their code of ethics, I am able to offer you a safe, professional and confidential environment to work in.
If you are struggling with life or maybe there is something that is bothering you and you would like to talk it through, please feel free to contact me. It can be helpful to talk to someone impartial... as a counsellor I am not going to judge you, I will respect and accept you for who you are. Together we can look at your options and find a way to move forward.

I have experience of facilitating weight management programmes (psychological approach) looking at what drives people to eat and how to restore a natural relationship with food. If you are struggling with your eating habits and have spent years yo yo dieting, we can work together to resolve this.
Working within a charity setting I have gained invaluable experience of working with families, supervising contacts and facilitating Separated Parent Programmes. I can work with you to explore the dynamics of difficult family situations, I understand how difficult it can be to not see your children on a daily basis.
I can see you in my office in Hawarden or Mold, and offer day time and evening appointments.
