Jan Angrabeit Registered MBACP BEd, PGDip, Dip. Counselling
Hello and welcome to my page.
Are you nervous about seeking help? You might be feeling as if you should be able to cope but at the same time acknowledging something needs to change for you to achieve peace and resolution in your life. It can be difficult to reach out and find the right person to talk to, who listens without criticism or streams of unwanted advice. Someone who is solely there to listen to you, that’s impartial and non-judgmental.
My name is Jan. I'm an experienced Registered Counsellor, Life Coach, and Mentor. I offer a safe, supportive and confidential therapeutic space in which you can explore and work through difficult issues, challenging life events and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
I have experience working within both the public and private sectors. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, with a range of concerns, for example, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-harm, low self-esteem, loss of confidence, loneliness, career/life changes, exam pressure, and bullying.
I can offer both long-term and short-term counselling and coaching sessions, and this can be face-to-face, Skype/Zoom or telephone, whichever you feel is comfortable for you.
My counselling practice is based in Faversham Kent. There is free parking on site.
You can email, text or call me if you have any questions about myself or my counselling practice, including arranging a free telephone consultation!
