About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck? Perhaps you're feeling unhappy or uncertain about your relationships, or you're seeking a deeper connection with yourself, your partner, or your family.
You're not alone-and therapy can help.
I’m a UKCP-registered Systemic and Family Therapist with over eight years’ experience working therapeutically with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I support people facing a broad range of emotional, relational, and mental health challenges, both mild and more complex difficulties.
My approach is grounded in systemic thinking, which means I pay close attention to the relationships, contexts and patterns of communication that shape our lives. I work collaboratively and sensitively, with the aim of creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.
Clients often describe me as warm, curious, and engaged. I’m committed to building a collaborative, trusting therapeutic relationship that allows meaningful change to take place.
I believe the quality of our lives is deeply connected to the quality of our relationships-and that with the right support, individuals can bring about powerful shifts in their lives.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. You might be struggling in your relationships, facing emotional challenges, or simply wanting to understand yourself better. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore these experiences at your own pace.
I work exclusively online, which allows me to offer flexible scheduling-including Sundays-and to meet you in a space that feels safe and accessible.
I see therapy as a joint process: I bring clinical training and curiosity, and you bring your expertise on your life. Together, we’ll explore patterns in your relationships, communication, emotions and identity, always with respect for your values, context, and culture. I’ve worked with people navigating anxiety, low mood, family conflict, neurodivergence, identity questions, and the impact of trauma or loss.
If this sounds like what you're looking for, I offer a free 20-minute call so we can see whether working together feels like the right fit.
