About me

My name is James and I am a male counsellor based in Exeter and London. I am here to support you with a whole range of issues that you may be dealing with, such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief and/or relationships to name but a few. I would feel privileged to work with you to explore and unpick any difficulties or life challenges you are facing. I offer a safe, accepting and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My counselling room is based in central Exeter, just off Gandy Street, but I also work online.
