About me

Hi, I first started in the NHS over a decade ago as an Assistant Psychologist. I have since trained as a Psychological wellbeing Practitioner, a CBT Therapist and then as an EMDR therapist.

I am a keen researcher who likes to link empathy with academia. I have all my own tools for using EMDR to process the origins of what is impacting you and all the skills from CBT to break down the cycles of what keeps the problem going.

I also run a Youtube channel, called Psychology on demand, where you can see what I'm like as a therapist.

Training, qualifications & experience

I'm a CBT/ EMDR therapist. I have over a decade of experience working in adult mental health. I have worked in the NHS helping people with mental health and depression. Over the last decade I specialised in PTSD treatment and trained last year in EMDR to help people process childhood trauma.

My expertise are in OCD, BDD, Social phobia, Specific phobias, PTSD, cPTSD, Panic disorder, GAD, and low self esteem.
