Life can be full of ups, downs, struggles, and opportunities. Sometimes we can just become stuck, feeling a loss of hope.
Together we can embark on a therapeutic journey of reflection and self-discovery. People do have struggles and it is important to recognise the many strengths that we each posses and to use these to build resilience and strengthen coping.
I am trained in the use of a variety of Psychological assessments and therapeutic approaches which can help us understand together, some of the difficulties you may be experiencing and how we might overcome them. We can then formulate a helpful plan to move in the direction of what you value in life. I utilise an integrative approach drawing on different theoretical models to understand human thinking, emotions, and behaviour and therefore can work creatively in helping people fulfil their goals of therapy.
