“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
Life can be full of ups, downs, struggles, and opportunities. Sometimes we can just become stuck, feeling a loss of hope.
Together we can embark on a therapeutic journey of reflection and self-discovery. People do have struggles and it is important to recognise the many strengths that we each posses and to use these to build resilience and strengthen coping.
I am trained in the use of a variety of Psychological assessments and therapeutic approaches which can help us understand, together some of the difficulties you may be experiencing. We can then formulate a helpful plan to move in the direction of what you value in life. I utilise an integrative approach drawing on different theoretical models to understand human thinking, emotions, and behaviour and therefore can work creatively in helping people fulfil their goals of therapy.
