About me
At different stages in our lives, we can all encounter issues and concerns that stop us from enjoying life as we could. Anything from an unwanted habit we can’t break (such as smoking) to an all-consuming anxiety (such as exam nerves or a fear of flying) to deeper emotional problems (stemming, perhaps, from relationship difficulties or bereavement). Sometimes, we can’t even describe what is troubling us. But we know that something is.
Offering both integrative therapeutic counselling – believing that different approaches are applicable in different situations – together with hypnotherapy where appropriate, I can help you move forward from where you are to where you would like to be.
Used to working with people of all ages, including students, I currently practice in Camberley.
