About me

Hi, I'm Jackie.

Whatever the challenge you are facing right now, I aim to give you simple, straightforward strategies that will help you live a healthier life.

What sets me apart as a therapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist is my integrative approach, combining traditional therapy with hypnotherapy. This blend helps clients explore their subconscious to uncover root causes while developing practical strategies for change. My focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance fosters trust and encourages client engagement.

My goal is to empower clients to rediscover their strengths and cultivate resilience. Together, we’ll work towards their aspirations—achieving peace, boosting self-confidence, or building fulfilling relationships. I guide them on their journey to a more authentic life, helping unlock their potential and embrace positive change.

Training, qualifications & experience

Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Licensed Practitioner, and Emotional Therapeutic Counsellor.

As a therapist and counsellor, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals through a variety of life's challenges. With experience in the field, I have worked with people facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and major life transitions, among others. I truly love what I do—there is nothing more fulfilling than guiding someone through their struggles and watching them gain the strength and clarity they need to move forward. I am deeply passionate about helping others uncover their inner resources and build resilience, and I am committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients can heal, grow, and thrive. Each person’s journey is unique, and I feel honoured to be a part of their transformative process.
