About me

I think everyone is an individual and should be guided and treated as a unique person therefore I offer  integrated counselling sessions which are tailor made to all my clients.

I am passionate about mental health.

Everyone has had a childhood good or bad, everyone at some point will have suffered loss, a parent, friend or pet and all our experiences affect us in different ways and times during our life.

If you imagine your life as a long road with speed bumps my job is to help smooth that road out as we go along our journeys.

I have had success working with people who have suffered loss and life changing decisions. I work with the Samaritans and help mentor new volunteers.

I run stress management workshops in the workplace and work with companies who help their employees improve their mental wellness and can offer Counselling and Hypnotherapy sessions to improve their staff productive levels and working with them on stress and anxiety management. I help build confidence and improve self-esteem through the workplace.

I am an accredited member of the National Counselling Society and a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.

I’ve spent 25 years working as a Property Manager in the Construction Industry dealing with many stressed people and I realised that everyone needs to talk.

I help the Samaritan organisation and help mentor new volunteers, I also deliver their workshops to students in both primary and high schools talking to them about emotional health, self harming and being kind.
