About me

My name is Jacqueline castle and I bring many of my life's experiences to my work as a counselor and Psychotherapist. I have been counselling since 1990 working in many fields; with young adults, drug and alcohol, domestic violence along with many more.

My training is extensive and I have an advanced diploma in counselling and Psychotherapy.

Also accreditation with the National Counselling Society.

Friendly, empathetic, a listener who doesn't just listen but one who understands and uses that understanding to lead you to a better, happier place.

The 1st session is to see if you feel happy to work with me, to see what reason you have in contacting me and how I can help you.  To discuss confidentiality along with contract, along with agreeing the amount of session required.  if I am connecting via a Skype session the payment for each session needs to be in my account 48 hours before the session commences.

I also offer my services to training counselors on a reduced basis.

Over 30 years experience in many different areas of counselling.

Advanced Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Areas have trained with; Dyslexia, sexuality, changes, work related stress, counselling with couples, career-related problems, relationship breakdowns, depression, anxiety, Phobias, low self esteem, grief and loss, young adults, addictions.

I have many years in drug and Alcohol related issues, depression, anxiety, phobias.

I have been also working with clients with Asperger and learning difficulties.

Many years also working with young adults, homeless and dealing with accommodation issues and work placements, benefits housing issues and sexual problems and sex advice for the all ages.

Also able to work with related issues due to the Pandemic and how we are left to cope and being lonely and feelings of hopelessness.

Career changes and redundancy and reinventing ourselves to face the challenges of getting to where we would like to be or not be.

First Consultation within 65 minutes session £75.00

There after £65.00 per 55 minutes sessions.

Couples Counselling £95.00 per 65 minutes.

I can do intensive session for two hours and price is double for hourly rate

I work to the UK guidelines of Humanistic Psychology Practitioners principles and guidelines.  Also have accredited with the National Counselling Society and Cover Hampshire and west Sussex.  Also available Skype and Zoom sessions if required.

I have my own journey which I have achieved many tools form counselling, training and I  enjoy the work I do to assist others.  I have many other skills that I have learn over many years and extensive training but still like to come form the real place of the humanistic approach.

Also I have many life skills that run along side me in the counselling and therapeutic side of myself.
