About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist who has worked extensively with adults, young people, children and families who have health conditions, eating disorders and neurodivergence. I am integrative practitioner using a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy in a one to one setting.

I am a dedicated, warm, empathic psychologist with particular skill in working with young people who find therapy and making changes difficult, tailoring my approach to 'meet them where they are at' focusing on each child's unique needs and strengths. I also enjoy working with parents, helping them on their parenting journey and to ensure a holistic approach to their children's wellbeing.

I can help with a wide range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, low mood, trauma, adjustment to difficulties with health conditions, eating disorders and difficulties associated with neurodivergence (with a particular interest in helping those with difficulties related to ADHD).

In my work with children and young people I offer a safe space where I can help with managing difficult emotions, social challenges and developmental transitions helping them to build resilience and develop healthy coping strategies.
