Jackie McClure, Dip Integrative Counselling, MBACP
Hello and welcome.
We all have times in our lives when we are struggling to cope with our emotions and may feel lost and alone. This may be because of a bereavement, relationship breakdown, anxiety or loss of confidence or a whole host of reasons and we feel that we have nobody that we can talk to about our feelings. I can offer a safe and non-judgemental environment to explore some of these feelings and help to improve your emotional well being. I work with clients 18 or over on a 1:1 basis and am a fully qualified Integrative Therapist offering therapy to suit individual needs and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working within their code of ethics. I also attend regular Supervision with a qualified and experienced Supervisor.
I have personally experienced the benefits of Counselling as a client and know how difficult it can be to take that first step in reaching out. I can honestly say that taking that step changed my life and helped me to move towards a much happier and healthier future.
