Jackie Hewitt MBACP
Sometimes we find ourselves in difficult circumstances where we may feel hopeless, lost, out of control or with no peace of mind. By talking through your problems and feelings with someone who will listen without criticism or judgement, I may be able to help you find the strength and self-belief to find a way forward.
I offer person-centred counselling working with people who feel overwhelmed and troubled by a range of feelings: anxiety, worry, grief, sadness, confusion, anger, guilt, despair, shame, isolation or jealousy. I have also supported people in dealing with specific problems such as stress, anxiety, panic, depression, bereavement, grief, loss of purpose in life and relationship issues.
I will work alongside you, not pushing or directing you, but trusting in your own sense of what is, or is not, right for you. Hopefully, you will trust me to do my best to help you find your way forward.
I aim to offer a safe and supportive space in the Urmston area and am available in the week, some evenings and weekends.
If you would like to arrange an initial informal session to meet me and to discuss what you would like to gain from counselling, please either call, text or email me to arrange an appointment.
