Jackie Hewitt MBACP, BA (HONS), PGCE
My name is Jackie and I am a qualified person-centred Counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a member of the BACP I am dedicated to offering an ethical and professional service and act with integrity at all times.
I have worked with many individuals in the community experiencing, loss, bereavement, anxiety, stress, depression and work related issues and am also supporting individuals in an NHS setting experiencing life-limiting illnesses or bereavement.
Are you experiencing loneliness, anger, frustration or confusion? Do you feel lost and would like some support in finding your own solutions, at your own pace and in your own time? Then perhaps I can help.
As a humanistic counsellor I offer support for people who are trying to deal with a wide range of problems. I believe we are all unique and have within us the potential to heal ourselves and develop to our full potential. Everybody is an individual with their own unique experiences and needs, therefore I adapt therapy to meet the requirements of my clients.
I aim to offer a safe and supportive space in the Urmston area and am available in the week, some evenings and weekends.
My service aims to allow self-exploration of your problems and issues in a non-directive manner and to enable you to acquire a better understanding of yourself and others and focus on your issues from a different viewpoint and assist you in moving forward with your life.
If you would like to arrange an initial informal session to meet me and to discuss what you would like to gain from counselling, please either call, text or email me to arrange an appointment.
