I am a trained Individual, Couple and Family Therapist based In Essex. I have specific qualifications and experience in helping couples and families, but have also worked with individual clients dealing with many different issues and in many different environments.
While my main focus is in helping Couples and Families to resolve their issues, I also have specific training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and in working with people who have suffered trauma either recently or historically. I have worked as a therapist in Hospitals and for the police both in the UK and Australia.
I have a person centred, relaxed and non judgmental style of working.
