Jackie is a registered MBACP Psychotherapist & Growth Coach
Events or circumstances may have led to overwhelming challenge or confusion. Perhaps, you would simply like to enhance the quality of your life by finding meaning and purpose, improve your relationships or achieve personal growth. Although it can sometimes feel scary to take the first step to reach out, learning to cope in healthier ways can make doing so more than worthwhile and lead to a happy and fulfilled life. You don't need to continue to struggle on your own, together we’ll find a way forward so you can live a fulfilled life.
Meet your therapist.
I am a professional. But equally, like yourself, a real human, with real human emotions.
I understand that life happens, things change. And sometimes, we don't always realise that it's ok to not be ok.
How can I help you?
I offer -
- Short- term therapy
- Goal- orientated therapy
- Long-term explorative therapy
- Life / Growth Coaching
Sessions are held 1:1. I provide you with a honest, professional service in safe, confidential and supportive space to explore what is troubling you.
Through talking together, we look at what is troubling you. I can offer a different perspective if that is what you need. Where appropriate, I will often use breathing techniques, drawing and visualisations so that the unconscious / unknown 'stuff' that often effects us and causes issues will become more conscious so we are able to work with it in order to heal. This awareness will help you to move forward.
Where should I start?
I offer a FREE initial 30 min telephone conversation to discuss your requirements. Please call me on 07907493100 or drop me an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your FREE consultation. This gives you the opportunity to speak to me and ask any questions you may have before booking a full face-to-face session.
