About me

Welcome. I am an experienced NHS Psychotherapist and Mindfulness teacher offering blended CBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic practices that considers the mind-body-emotion connection. Imagine feeling more empowered, centred and at peace. If you're struggling with difficult emotions like low mood, anxiety or stress, or if you're feeling stuck in patterns you want to change, you're not alone. Whether you're seeking practical solutions or deeper self-understanding, we'll tailor our sessions to your individual needs and preferences.

Together we'll explore the difficulties you're facing as well as your strengths and aspirations, and create a personalised path towards greater well-being. My role is to support you as you discover your resources to build a life that feels fulfilling and brings you greater well-being.

It can be hard to make the first step into therapy. As a Mindfulness practitioner I value empathy and active listening. I'm committed to providing a compassionate, non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings. I offer 15 minute free telephone consultations, please reach out and we'll find a time to connect.
