About me
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to view my profile. My name is Jack Langley and I am a registered Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT). I have significant experience in helping clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns, manage difficult emotions and break cycles of behaviour through the evidence-based approach of CBT.
You may notice self-critical or anxious thoughts getting in the way of your life, or perhaps you are tired of feeling stressed, low, and anxious. Maybe you notice that you avoid difficult situations. Maybe you spend much of your time worrying about the past or future. This can all be worked through.
Most importantly, you are an individual and thus would be treated as so, you will be met with a warm and empathetic approach and given care and attention during our sessions. We would collaboratively attempt to navigate the difficulties you have been facing.
