Isabella Florschutz - Psychotherapist and Counsellor, MA, UKCP, MBACP
I am here to offer you a place to talk about difficulties you may be having in your life and to help you to gain insight and understanding that can lead to a more positive sense of yourself. Every concern or dilemma that is affecting your life deserves attention and I am committed to providing a confidential and non-judgmental approach to working with you.
I offer a professional, integrative approach of Psychotherapy and Counselling, considering your needs in an holistic way. Together we can work with your present situation, how the past may be affecting or limiting you and what you are hoping for in the future. I draw on various therapeutic methods such as CBT, inner child processes and self-acceptance skills to improve your relationship to yourself and to meet your individual requirements.
I work with a variety of common issues such as relationship issues, anxiety, bereavement, depression, life changes, work problems, childhood issues, family issues, and panic. However, each person's problems are unique so get in touch about any struggle you are having.
Therapeutic Art Sessions and Creative Workshops
I offer therapeutic art sessions to express feelings or issues through image. This can be helpful when verbalising issues is difficult or when you want to access unconscious aspects of yourself or your creative life force.
I also run self development workshops using various creative arts methods for self development.
