About me

I am a qualified and registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years’ experience of working in private practice and the public sector in both English and Spanish.

Psychotherapy offers a regular, confidential, non-judgemental reflective space to explore emotional or psychological difficulties. A person might approach psychotherapy with a range of emotional problems they might have been struggling with for some time and psychotherapy can help to identify the underlying issues and offer support and the possibility of making changes. Psychotherapy offers an opportunity for personal growth.

At times only short-term focused work on a particular problem is required but on other occasions a long-term, deeper exploration might be necessary to be able to understand and come to terms with the effect that conscious and unconscious past experiences might have had on present difficulties.

I offer individual psychoanalytic and psychodynamic psychotherapy from my private practice in Palmers Green.

I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals who are interested in looking at their work from a psychoanalytic/ psychodynamic approach.
