About me
I am available for in-person, indoors and outdoors, and online therapy and coaching. Contact me to book your first session.
I am an experienced, personable, fun-loving qualified counsellor and a certified nature therapy practitioner, with a sense of humour. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. Even with the best support network, some things are hard to share. Therapy is the place where you can bring anything that feels difficult or maybe shameful, without fearing judgment, being told what to do, or falling out with those close to you.
I provide therapy to individual clients (16+), couples and groups, online and in person, with face-to-face appointments in Hursley, near Winchester, as well as outdoors, depending on the needs of clients. I work with clients short-term (6 to 12 sessions) and long-term.
My practice focuses on supporting clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety and burn-out, who might be on the parenthood journey, have experienced a loss, and those with ADHD. I accept general enquiries too and can refer you to colleagues if I do not think I would not be the most suited therapist for you. I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirmative and sex positive therapist.
I work in English and am also a native French speaker, so we can do sessions in French if you would find it helpful to do your therapy in this language.
