About me
I have some availability for online, in person indoors and outdoors therapy at the moment. Contact me for an introductory 20mn call.
I am an experienced and approachable practitioner with a sense of humour. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy.
I provide therapy to groups, couples and individual clients (16+) online and in person, with face-to-face appointments in Hursley, near Winchester, as well as outdoors, depending on the needs of clients. I work with clients short-term (6 to 12 sessions) and long-term.
My practice focuses on supporting clients on the parenthood journey and those with ADHD. I also accept general enquiries. I'm an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist.
I have done extra training in working outdoors, forest therapy, couples counselling, GSRD (Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity) family constellations and ADHD.
I am a native French speaker. So, we can do sessions in French if you are a French speaker and would find it helpful to do your therapy in this language.
