About me

A Warm Welcome.

Do you need someone to talk with?

Feeling overwhelmed or struggling within yourself, with relationships, and with the world?  I know how painful it can be.  You do not need to struggle alone.  I offer you a warm, safe, and confidential space to talk, to be heard, and to be taken seriously.  Together we can find a way through whatever is happening and however you are feeling.

It takes courage to admit there is a problem and to seek help.  Your choice to enter counselling could reflect a life-affirming impulse that is seeking to work through the pain and wounds of your past, understand how they are affecting you now, and reveal your more genuine sense of self.

Doing so might help release your inner resources and capacity to be with whatever life brings, and so liberate you to make the changes you need to create a more authentic, fulfilling, and hopeful life, aligned with your own deep innate sense of truth.

I would feel honoured if you invite me to accompany you as we embark on your journey towards understanding, healing, and wholeness.

I am an MBACP Registered Integrative Counsellor, drawing on a variety of approaches, and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (Level 7).

Creative methods include free drawing, journaling, chair work, somatic work, dream work, visualisations, and more.  Psychosynthesis is an experiential, depth psychotherapy that includes the whole person - mind, body, feelings, and context.  It can be deeply beneficial and liberating for those undergoing an intense or difficult stage on their life’s journey.

I offer in-person sessions at The Psychosynthesis Trust near London Bridge SE1, or online sessions via Zoom.

£60 per session.

I have a limited number of concessions available for those on low or no income.

It is important you find the right therapist for you, so I offer a no-cost initial session to experience how it feels to spend time together, and to explore how we might work together.

If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
