About me
Restore your Wellbeing and Realise your Potential.
A Warm Welcome.
Do you need someone to talk with?
Feeling overwhelmed or struggling within yourself, with relationships, and with the world? I know how painful it can be. You do not need to struggle alone. I offer you a warm and safe space to talk, to be heard, and to be taken seriously. Together we can find a way through whatever is happening and however you are feeling.
Do any of the following resonate with you?
- feeling lost or confused and don't know what to do
- feeling trapped or misunderstood
- struggling with low energy and sadness or depression
- stuck in thought or behaviour patterns, anxiety or anger
- feeling 'not good enough', numb, or guilty
- feeling like an 'outsider', 'imposter', or want to run and hide
- feeling like you are having a breakdown or falling apart
If so, I can help. I am a trusted and experienced counsellor. I offer you a welcoming and deeply respectful space - you do not need to struggle alone.
It takes courage to admit there is a problem and to seek help. I work with people from all sections of the community, offering both short and long term counselling. Everyone is welcome.
I am MBACP Registered, and hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (Level 7).
I offer 1-hour online video counselling sessions via Zoom (or equivalent) or by telephone.
£50 per 1-hour session.
It is important you find the right therapist for you, so I offer a free initial session.
This first session is an opportunity to meet and get to know each other and for you to ask any questions about me or the counselling process. By the end of the first session, you may have a good idea of whether you want to work together.
If you would like to arrange a free initial session or have any questions, please do get in touch and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
