If maybe you're finding it difficult to choose a therapist or don't know where to start, give us a ring and we will help find a therapist that is right for you.

We have therapists trained in addictions, alcohol and substance abuse, sexual issues including sexual abuse, hoarding and anger.  We also have experts in couples therapy, including one of the only Certified Imago Relationship Therapists outside of London.

Simply call us and we will get you booked in with a therapist that suits you.

Quickly, and with no fuss.

Training, qualifications & experience

We have a range of therapists with a host of experience and expertise - from person-centred therapists to clinical psychologists, The Affinity Centre has someone who will fit with your needs.

Many of the therapists working at the Centre are qualified supervisors and can offer supervision to counsellors and psychotherapists in the area.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UK Council for Psychotherapy

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
