About me

Individual Counselling

At times life can often be extremely stressful or disappointing with feelings of no where to turn or go. It is not uncommon to associate emotional difficulties with specific events such as relationship difficulties, stress, worry, anxiety, feelings of loss, and ill health. This may lead to feelings of emptiness/loneliness and maybe stop us from being able to move forward in our lives.

Set in a safe, warm, professional, private and confidential setting, I work within an Integrative Counselling model, that is non-judgemental, empathic, caring and supportive, where you will be heard, valued and understood.

I will structure our workings to meet your needs and provide you with the space, time and encouragement to explore whatever issues you bring.

Allowing you the time and  space to be yourself, can give you the opportunity to discover new and positive ways to understand the meanings of your thoughts, feelings and way of being so that you can consider ways to resolve your problems that can lead to you making changes to achieve a more fulfilling balanced life, health and well being.

I  also offer Couples/Relationship Counselling.

The aim of Couples/Relationship Counselling is to increase understanding of any problems affecting your relationship, so you may both find new ways of dealing with those problems.

Couples/Relationship Counselling can help with a wide range of relationship difficulties. Some of the most common include:-

Communication breakdown
Family issues

if you both feel that you are having difficulties in your relationship, I will provide you with a safe setting so that you can reflect on your relationship and  discuss how you feel and behave towards one another and focus on ways to move forward.
