About me
My background is in mental health Nursing which I still practice I then wanted to be of help to others and so I set off on a journey to learn all I could to help myself and to help others in the most effective way I could. I have several clinical qualifications and also skills but the main thing is that I am someone who is here for you.
This journey took me to many places and to learn many things. I also live what I am and I have been through many of the things and had the thoughts and felt what you have felt. There is no judgement just help to grow beyond what is holding you. If you believe you have a clinical need I can help. If you believe you want to grow beyond your anxieties I can help. If you need help recovering from depression or loss or feel helpless ive felt that too and recovered. If you need someone to listen I am here. If you need support to be what you can be I will support you.
I am married with 4 children. I like to watch TV . I play guitar everyday. I enjoy concerts and cinema. I like to listen to podcasts and sleep.
Always best wishes
Ian
