The service that I provide is essentially Person Centred and recognises how crucial a good working relationship is between Therapist and Client. Initially, in providing space and time to 'offload', express and be heard. Then to work together to identify and achieve the goals that will help an individual find the balance required to move on to the desired quality of life.
