About me

I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive behavioural psychotherapist. I help people with common mental health problems such as Anxiety, Depression and Low self esteem . I offer support in developing coping strategies to help improve distressing symptoms and help individuals achieve their goals. I often work with people to improve their self esteem, self confidence and reduce self criticism and anxiety symptoms.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have worked in mental health for over 10 years in a wide range of settings with adults with a range of mental health issues.

I am an accredited CBT therapist who qualified in 2021, specialising in neurodivergent adults, I have additional training in Autism and ADHD in adults.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT.
