Hello, my name is Hira and I am a qualified integrative bilingual Supervisor and Psychotherapist.
Thank you for having a look at my profile, my area of expertise include working with adults and children from 6 years of age. I use a range of integrative approaches according to the client needs.
Sometimes life can feel over-whelming ,the road gets rough and life changes, as a result we lose friends, we lose family, we lose ourselves and at times no one can understand us ,no one know what it feels like going down the rabbit hole.
With my personal/professional experience of working with clients going through a wide/vast range of issues, I offer genuine, non-judgemental and safe space where we can together explore, process and work on your life experiences and events without any fear of judgement or labels .I will work at your pace in the sessions so that you can truly feel heard and understood.
My believe of individuality, acceptance, empathy allows clients to find their selves, to feel happy and enough within their selves. I don't have a magic wand (wish I had) and I am not promising to take the pain away, what I can offer is to build a life around the pain/issues by understanding, listening, looking at your needs and practical ways of coping.
