My name is Hilde Ledeganck, and I'm on a mission to help you carve a new path of independence to achieve your life goals.
I am a Transpersonal Psychotherapist and have completed the Martha Beck/Wayfinder Life Coach training.
I tend to approach therapy and life coaching in a holistic way. Together we examine all aspects of your life and dismantle the beliefs that hold you back from accomplishing your dreams.
I'm here to help you explore these questions:
-- Who am I now?
-- What shall I do now?
-- How will I map out a life post kids, spouse and career?
-- How did I end up here?
-- How can I reinvent myself to experience more joy and freedom in my life?
-- How do I find a sense of purpose at this time in my life?
Together, we will carve out a new path that is tailored to your dreams, goals, and aspirations for the future.
We are connected, savvy, worldly, have travelled, children have been raised or they are still dependent on us; we have experienced a lot. Outwardly our life looks good but inwardly we feel the call.
We may be in a narcissistic abuse relationship and don't know how to leave or have endured an abusive relationship or gone through a difficult divorce and feel lost, lonely and confused. We may have lost confidence in ourselves and don't know how to regain it. We may have also stopped or slowed our career for a spouse and want to become financially independent.
Whatever the situation, if you are feeling a call for "what's next", I'm here to help.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
