Hermione Brown - Counselling & Psychotherapy (Bsc Hons)
1 The Fairland
The Practice Rooms
9/11 Lower Goat Lane
As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor I have learnt different theories of the human condition and relationships which I can draw on to help you understand whatever it is you are going through in your life. I feel that this gives me a broad knowledge which leads to a greater understanding of the issues you want to address and to help you make the changes you want in your life.
There are many reasons for choosing to have therapy. It could be due to anxiety, depression, relationship and sexual difficulties or reoccurring issues and patterns. These may be issues you are dealing with now or they may be from the past. There are no right or wrong reasons for seeking out counselling and no problem or issue too small.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment in which to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions with the possibility of making changes or to find an acceptance of things that are difficult. Together we will explore your situation to find a clear understanding with a positive way to move forward.
I believe for counselling to work you need to find a counsellor you can relate to and develop a trusting relationship with. Please feel free to contact me, in confidence, to discuss your needs or to ask any questions. Please do check your email junk folders if you are waiting for an email from me. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you make the changes you need to your life.
