I am a fully qualified counsellor. I have been working online throughout the pandemic and have discovered the benefits to my clients of offering online counselling. Working online means clients have no travel time to and from their session and can do it from the comfort of their own home.
I mainly work within the person-centred counselling tradition, but I am also trained in the psychodynamic approach and cognitive behavioural therapy.
How many sessions will I need?
I am available for short term work or a longer term commitment. Some people only need a few sessions to feel like a real difference has been made, and some people prefer to have the support of a counsellor for longer. The sessions are yours, for you to talk about whatever you need to talk about, for as long as you need.
Training, qualifications & experience
