About me
I endeavor to provide a safe, confidential space for you to be listened to and validated. It is a space for you to call your own and bring whatever, feels important for you to share and explore at a pace to suit you. I enjoy working with both adults and young people, facilitating issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and trauma with an integrated approach to therapy, including talking, CBT, mindfulness and creative expression.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Advanced Diploma in Counselling (NCPS Accredited Level 4 at Heartwood Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
- Currently studying Advanced Specialist Diploma in Working Therapeutically with Young People.

I have worked in care and education for over twenty years. I currently support children and young adults with Special Educational Needs, including mental health and behavioural difficulties in school and other settings.
