Helen Lumley ~ MNCS Accred, FDa Counselling
Hello, my name is Helen and I would like to welcome you to my profile. I am a humanistic, person centred counsellor who puts the relationship with the client first.
My humanistic person-centred philosophy places emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I also use an integrative approach to my counselling so as to suit the individual needs of my clients. I offer both fixed time therapy and long-term counselling.
There are times in everyone’s life when things become too much, and during these times it is important to know that you are not alone. It is helpful to share your thoughts and feelings as this can help to come to terms with life changing events...
This is where I can help.
Please get in touch if you would like to take the next steps, and if I am unable to answer please leave a message and I get back to you as soon as possible.
