£60 per session which may be negotiable depending on circumstances.

a session may run for between an hour and an hour and a half compared to other therapists who may run a 50 minute session.

I aspire to offer recovery in the shortest possible time.

Further information

Following a long history of childhood trauma and subsequent recovery, I embarked on training as a psychotherapist to endeavour to be able to pass on my experiences and also add corrective experiences. Having had emotional abuse from some individuals in the helping professions, I always work to offer an equal therapeutic relationship with a patient as opposed to one in which the professional dominates.

my hobbies include crafting, pets, reading, meeting friends and riding motorcycles.
