About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope? There may be many reasons that we need to talk to someone and feel heard. You may have feelings of anxiety or low self-esteem. Perhaps you are struggling with the loss of someone close. Are past experiences controlling your behaviours and emotions?

Counselling can help you to explore the thoughts and feelings that are making life difficult. Through exploration we can begin to understand. This brings self-awareness and the opportunity to make change.

I can offer a safe space and the time to explore your feelings and emotions. A space to feel heard. I have a calm and relaxed approach. My training as an integrative counsellor means I can adapt my approach to suit you.

I offer a free initial 30-minute appointment. At this session we can discuss your expectations of counselling and I can answer any questions you have. Finding the right counsellor is important. This initial session gives you the opportunity to see if you would feel comfortable working together.

Both daytime and evening appointments are available.
