About me
Difficult experiences can leave traces - in our bodies, our relationships, and the ways we respond to the world. You might notice sudden anger, feeling shut down or on edge, struggling to trust, or thinking you’re “too sensitive.” My work is grounded in the understanding that early relationships and past experiences can continue to shape how we feel and behave in the present - often outside of our awareness. Exploring these patterns gently, at a pace that feels manageable, can help you make sense of what you’re feeling and why.
