At some point in our lives most of us will experience tough times which might leave us feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious. As an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist I can help you to try to make sense of what is going on, to identify underlying patterns of behaviour and to think about what they might mean to you.
I work with a wide variety of issues and concerns including anxiety and depression, work burnout, gender and sexuality. I also offer fertility counselling for heterosexual and same sex couples as well as implications counselling.
Research indicates that the relationship between therapist and client is key to successful therapy. Our initial meeting will provide the opportunity see if we think that we will make a good fit as well as to think about which therapy will be best for you.
